The New upcoming OnePlus 2 mini just got approved by TENAA, which is the telecommunications equipment certification center in china
According to the certification page, the phone, model number one E1000, has 4.99" display with 1080x1920 AMOLED display , 2.0GHZ octa-core snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of Ram
device is running Android 5.1.1 lollipop
The phone measure in at 140x69x6.9mm and weight at 138g which is really good Oneplus two mini will come with glass panels on front and back with metal frame around the side pretty much identical to OnePlus x
